Please provide us with the pickup location(Inn or station) and time, size and number of luggage pieces, as well as the delivery location and time through the Contact form.
Pick up suitcases and backpacks
We will pick up your luggage at the scheduled time either at your hotel or in front of the station or bus stop.
Hand over the luggage on the same day
The luggage will be delivered to the hotel front desk or luggage storage facility by the specified time on the same day. In the case of a meeting at a train station or bus stop, we will meet at the designated location at the specified time.
Our Business area( on the same day)
The target areas include the following towns along the Nakasendo way: Ena, Nakatsugawa, Magome, Tsumago, Nagiso, Nojiri, Kisofukushima, Agematsu, Narai and more. If either the pickup or drop-off location is within the aforementioned areas, Nagoya, Takayama and Matsumoto are also included as target areas.
Points to Note Regarding Special/Specific Luggage
The following items may be subject to higher fees or may not be accepted for transport: valuable items, hazardous materials, perishable goods, delicate machinery, excessively heavy items, extremely large items, and transportation between 10 PM and 5 AM.
- The driver is capable of English communication (intermediate level).
- Basically, all the luggage will be delivered on the same day.
- During busy periods, we may need to make slight adjustments to the timing. Thank you for your understanding.
