Service area
Our service area primarily includes the following towns along the Nakasendo trail: Nakatsugawa, Magome, Tsumago, Sakashita, Nagiso, Nojiri, Okuwa, Agematsu, Kiso-Fukushima, Narai, Shiojiri, and Matsumoto. There are luggage storage services available near Nakatsugwaq station, Nagiso Station, Narai Station, Nojiri station and Mitake station. You can leave your luggage there, and we will retrieve it later and deliver it to your next hotel or the luggage storage near the station.
Reservation and Payment
Please check your fare through “Get a quote” and then make a reservation using the “Contact Form.”
You can leave your luggage at the hotel reception. Ensure to leave your luggage at the front desk by the specified time. We’ll send you a payment link in advance for online payment.
Same-Day Delivery
Luggage will be delivered to your next hotel or storage facility by the specified time. Please inform us of the name for hotel reservation, as we need to notify the hotel about your luggage, or provide your train departure time for timely delivery.
Additional Information
The closest station to Magome is Nakatsugawa Station, and Tsumago is accessible from Nagiso Station. Narai Station is located within Narai-juku. For detailed instructions on how to use our services, please inquire through the contact form.
Some drivers can communicate in English. Generally, all luggage will be delivered the same day, but we can store them for a few days if needed. During busy periods, slight timing adjustments may be necessary; we appreciate your understanding. We also offer luggage storage—please refer to the Fare section for more details.
